Code Documentation Automation and Analysis Features in Intellisys Mitigate Change Request Risks for a UK Utility Company

A U.K. Utility company that delivers electricity and gas to customers both in the UK and the US had no documentation on any of their code. They were looking to enable training of their support personnel but could not do so without having a comprehensive understanding of their applications, which were written in C, C++, Fortran, Pro-C, PL/SQL, DCL, VC++,  and PowerBuilder.
