Budgeting Guide

EvolveWare’s business model allows for a phased approach to modernization where you only pay for the licensing and service requirements of each phase at the time of implementation.

Licensing

EvolveWare offers 3 types of licenses for its Intellisys Platform:

  • Extraction License to extract source metadata (Phase 1)
  • User Licenses to: (Phase 2)
  • Generate and analyze documentation artifacts to understand your source application/s and plan its path to modernization
  • Extract business rules or user stories (BRE) or optimize/refactor extracted metadata prior to code migration
  • Code Migration License (Phase 3)
  • The cost of each license varies depending on use of AI plug-in adaptors, its period of use and/or number of users

Services

 Cost of services will be influenced by:
  • Modernization scope and objectives
  • Size and complexity of application(s)
  • Level of manual intervention required for each phase
  • Level of customization or additional automation utilities required
  • Provider of services - EvolveWare, Client or Client’s Service Provider
